ProEx, a physical therapist owned private practice specializing in orthopedics, spine and sports medicine announces that Stephanie Braceland of Woburn, Massachusetts has been named an Exercise Technician at the Woburn location. In this role, Braceland, under the supervision of staff members, will instruct, motivate, safeguard and assist patients with their therapeutic exercise programs. Braceland received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine from Merrimack College and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Massachusetts–Lowell. She is a Certified Professional Rescuer with First Aid, CPR and AED training from the American Red Cross. While earning her undergraduate degree, Braceland worked two summers as an Exercise Technician at the Woburn and Boston clinics of ProEx. Braceland lives in her hometown of Woburn. She will participate in this year’s Mary’s Walk and Kerrymen 5K Run, an event facilitated by the Maine Cancer Foundation.
